Standard Operating Protocols

Standard Operating Protocols for manufacturing of nano-scale materials by DDPBM ECOTYPE ALPHA

flowchart sop
  • Raw Material Selection:
    • Determine the component of materials or Choose high-quality raw materials suitable for nano-scale manufacturing, ensuring purity and compatibility with the desired nano product.
  • Preparation of Nanoparticles:
    • Use Ecotype DDPBM as a mechanochemistry-based approach for particle size reduction to achieve nano-scale materials with desired properties and characteristics.
With the aid of simulation/ trial and error add empirical calculations determining the best suitable size according to the nano principle as follows:
    > Nanoparticles have higher reactivity
    > Nanoparticles have higher surface area
    • According to these 2 principles, it is anticipated that the material characterising the product would be of higher quality, that corresponds to higher reactivity and lower quantity which corresponds to higher surface area— this translates into good quality and lower raw material cost.
  • Product Formulation:
    • Combine the synthesised nano-scale materials with other ingredients, additives, or carriers to formulate the final nano product, tailored to specific applications and requirements.
  • Pilot Scale Production:
    • Conduct small-scale production trials to optimise process parameters, evaluate product performance, and identify any potential issues or challenges. The above translational process requires assimilation simulation trial and error to get to a new patented product exclusively yours for the current and future concrete revenue stream.
  • Quality Control and Assurance:
    • Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that the nano product meets industry standards and specifications for purity, stability, safety, and efficacy.
  • Scale-up Production:
    • Scale up the production process to industrial-level manufacturing, adjusting equipment, and parameters to achieve higher production volumes while maintaining product quality and consistency.
  • Final Product Packaging:
    • Package the nano product in suitable containers, ensuring proper labeling and documentation of essential information such as product name, batch number, expiry date, and safety instructions.
  • Storage and Distribution:
    • Store the packaged nano products in controlled conditions to maintain their integrity and stability, and establish efficient distribution channels to ensure timely delivery to customers or end-users.
